I purchase extra insurance on all packages & I also pay extra to require Signatures upon receiving your package to ensure your package gets to you safely! I package my orders with pride & I have NEVER had any missing or broken items to a customer due to safeguards in place, however any possible damage or lost packages due to postal negligence will result in you filing a claim with postal services. There are no refunds/ replacements due to postal negligence but I will provide you with info to file a claim & do my best to assist. For 4 payments, total cost must exceed $250 or else we can do it in 2 payments. For the item to be reserved, for a 4 payment plan, a minimum of 25% (50% for 2 payment plan) of the total cost needs to be paid up front. Item will not be shipped until item has been paid in full. Shipping is paid by the buyer. I can either add shipping fee to your total payment plan or I can calculate shipping after you last payment is made. If you fail to pay within the agreed upon time with no communication to me, your payments are non refundable, & the piece will be relisted back onto the site to be resold. If you prefer to pay via Venmo(friends & family), Apple Pay or Zelle you’ll get a %5 discount. Dm or email me prior to ordering to set up alternate payment arrangement.

Please message me prior to ordering so I can calculate accurate shipping fees and arrange payment. ❗️However I am not responsible if package is lost or damaged from international Customs. You’ll need to file a claim with postal or customs. I package my items with pride but I cannot control random package searches or mishandling. If customs opens the package and doesn’t repackage it back up properly, resulting in damage you need to file claim with your country’s customs. You will be provided with tracking info once order is placed. If your country requires you to pay taxes/import fees to accept package, that is buyers responsibility to know their countries tax laws/customs fees & is paid by the buyer in your country to your postal service upon receiving package, I have no control nor info on what countries charge in their postal regions.  For claims to be successful a full unboxing video prior to breaking the tape seal is usually recommended. There are no refunds or replacements through international orders.

🫙Due to mailing laws/restrictions all wet specimens will be shipped without liquid upon arrival. It is buyer's responsibility to fill with 70% isopropyl alcohol asap. Do not let specimen sit without fluid. I provide full care sheets for all orders on wet specimens, mummies, & insect art.
